Absolutely. Promodeling’s project managers are happy to consult with you in person or remotely to discuss the scope of your project, offer expert solutions and provide you with a free, no-obligation written estimate.

Not necessarily. We specialize in design-build projects, so we have our own in-house designers. That being said, we encourage you to consult with your own designer if you wish to do so. We’re happy to work collaboratively with you and your design team to deliver a finished project that you’ll love.

A remodel is a tremendous undertaking and will result in a living situation temporarily dominated by dust, noise and disruption. While our team does its best to minimize the disruption to your daily life, there are certainly situations in which you may decide to temporarily relocate until the project is completed, especially if there are unavoidable and unforeseen delays in the process.

Other things to consider are the seemingly minute decisions you’ll have to make along the way. Where should this outlet go? How high should your showerhead be mounted? The decisions will be many, but the finished project will be your gold at the end of the rainbow.

That all depends on our current workload and the type/difficulty of the project. We try to get the wheels turning as soon as possible, as permitting and predesign work can take several weeks. Our project manager and give you a clearer idea of the current schedule during your consultation.

Yes, we will manage the process from start to finish. These items will be included in the contract price of your project.

We accept checks, e-checks, cashier’s checks, direct transfer. A payment plan will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of the project. If you need help with finance options, we can put you in touch with a financial specialist.

We work with all necessary trades for the project. They can include carpenters, electricians, plumbers, roofers, painters, flooring experts, engineers, architects and more. Whatever your project entails, you can rest assured that we put together the optimal team of experts to produce the best results.

While we do our best to carefully plan every step of the project, there are sometimes unexpected issues that cannot be known until we’ve begun. In the case of these issues, we’ll immediately communicate the problem as well as the proposed solution to you and make sure you understand completely what is happening in your home. No additional action will be taken until we obtain your informed consent.

Any reputable contractor will have and uphold a strict policy for conduct, workmanship and security to ensure your property is safe and secure. Simply put, our team will treat your property with the utmost care. We have the following policies in place for every project:

 

• No smoking on your property
• No loud music
• Work begins at 8:00 a.m. at the earliest and our team does not work on Sunday, unless agreed upon as part of the contract.
• We will never enter a portion of your home that is not being worked on; if access is required as part of the project, we’ll obtain your permission before entering.
• Our crew is required to clean up at the end of each day, and all traces of our presence are erased upon completion of the project.
• We will always treat you, your property and your neighbors with respect.

Typically, we only undertake projects of $10,000+. The reason for this is that our costs for executing a smaller project often exceed the revenue generated by completing the work.

Prior to beginning your project, we’ll provide you with a phone number and email address that can be used to reach us after hours. Additionally, Promodeling has a mobile app to facilitate direct communication between you and the project manager. The app also provides you with tools to track the progress of your project, view your payment schedule & invoices, and retrieve all documents related to the project.
