We’ll listen carefully to understand your design and functionality goals and provide our expert opinion on how we can complete your project with your budget, lifestyle and design preferences in mind. This meeting also gives you the opportunity to ask questions you may have about your remodel.
After our initial discussion, we’ll visit your home to get a feel for your space. This will help us determine how we can accomplish your desired outcomes given your timeline and budget. At this time, if you decide to hire Promodeling for your project, we’ll advance into the design phase.
We will create an initial design and a 3D-rendering visualization for you to review. Upon your approval, we can begin working together to choose your design elements. We understand your home is a reflection of your personality, so we’ll work with you to establish your desired style and aesthetic in a way that seamlessly flows with the overall design of your home.
The construction agreement will outline the design plan, scope of work, product selection, timeline and cost. After the agreement is signed, we’ll pull permits, order materials and give you an estimated construction start date. Don’t worry – we’ll meet once more before beginning construction to go over the details of the process and answer your questions.
Once construction commences, we’ll be in contact with you to ensure that you’re kept in the loop throughout the duration of the project. Upon completion, we’ll walk you through your new space and show you how to care for your kitchen’s countertops, cabinetry, appliances, etc.
Finally, with your new kitchen delivered, it’s time for you to enjoy your custom space!
