Phase 1 Project manager and engineer meet with the homeowner to provide a thorough overview of the project and answering the client’s questions.
Phase 2 An in-depth site analysis is conducted to determine the existing site condition, take measurements, performing soil quality and other relevant testing to ensure the project goes smoothly.
Phase 3 Engineering & design of the project plans, submitted to the client for review and approval.
Phase 4 Pulling of building permits, commencement of construction work and scheduling milestone inspections.
