I enjoyed working with Guy Oren and his crew. The project was to install siding battens on about 6000sf of siding to cover uncaulked panel joints of a previous contractor. In addition, some flashing was installed between a next-door building. Guy and his crew needed to use two neighbors’ roofs to perform the work and took care to use roof protection for ladders and other equipment. They caulked the battens very well. Guy came out to inspect the work and found some details he wanted to improve. I appreciated that. His crew showed up on time and worked diligently to beat the scheduled window for the roof access. I contracted with Promodeling to remodel my bathroom in a 1930’s home. Typical of the era the bathroom is very small and there was no room to expand. Guy came up with a design that took best advantage of the space. He helped me with knowledgeable advice in selecting tiles and furnishings .
